A flat fee of $140.00 or reduced fee of $120 for DVA / Pension Card Holders (present card on day of service) is charged for this service.

Payments are processed by Square Payments using encryption.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Afterpay facility is also available.
Most Clients can be treated within the allocated appointment time of 20mins, however, a proportion (particularly 1st-time appointments) who have significant amounts of earwax or very hard earwax may require further softener and a follow-up appointment in 1-2 weeks. This follow up appointment is provided at a 50% discount.
Your treating Healthcare Professional may also recommend a hearing test, review by your GP for further assessment, medical treatment and/or referral to an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist if there are concerns your ear issue is more than earwax.
